StoneWater Golf Club has fast become the premier golf club in Northeast Ohio. From the moment our guests arrive at StoneWater, a feeling of excellence and charm prevails. Each tree-lined fairway and lake-sculpted green provides both the scenic beauty as well as the challenging layout all golfers can enjoy.
Situated throughout 180 acres of lush landscape and abundant wildlife, our golf course features stunning sandstone quarried from the property and meandering water in the form of wetlands, lakes, streams and running waterfalls.
Sculpted by distinguished architects Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry, this masterpiece designed golf course rates among the best in the country. The golf course is complemented also by an extensive practice facility and an inviting new, neo-traditional style clubhouse. Our practice facility is among the finest in the country. It includes nearly 35,000 square feet of tee area, five bent grass, bunkered, target greens, as well as three private teaching areas for the StoneWater PGA Teaching Professionals. There is also a secluded short game practice area, two spacious practice putting greens, and a fairway bunker practice area.
Sweeping panoramic views filter through the soaring floor-to-ceiling windows of Stone Water's new Clubhouse which opened in March, 2002. Luxurious amenities include a full-service restaurant, banquet and meeting rooms, a pro shop with the finest player's equipment and apparel, locker rooms complete with showers, and a spacious outdoor veranda. The timber-framed building with beamed ceilings provides a warm, rustic venue for anything from elegant dinners to large formal gatherings.
